The house is just a stone's throw from the heart of Offidas, the uniquely beautiful Piazza del Popolo; removed. Offida is a lively town in the  province of Ascoli Piceno, where history, tradition, viticulture and hospitality are closely linked.

The building is located just outside the historic city walls, embedded in a whole series of historic buildings with beautiful and typical Mattoni facades. This so-called “Cielo-Terra” has 5 floors.

The entrance to the residential unit is on Via Berlinguer. An antique door leads to a spacious hallway with stairs that lead to the upper floors. The kitchen and a toilet are also on the ground floor. Another small staircase leads to the lower floors, where there is a small garage, a warehouse and a room for a boiler room.

On the first floor we find a large living room and a storage room, on the second floor the bedroom with a balcony, an anteroom and a toilet.

In the attic on the third floor there are two rooms currently used as a storage room with access to the terrace overlooking the street.

The property is bright as all rooms have large window openings. The house is currently not inhabited and requires renovation to adapt it to modern and current needs.
