In winter 2017 we decided to buy a completely run down Casolare in the Marche. The property has certainly charm, because it has a wonderful view of the sea and high into a valley and lies below the pretty Altidonas. But that was all... the house did not deserve the name house anymore and was probably never seriously inhabited except by animals.

Where we took the courage from, is not clear to us afterwards, especially since we did not know the company la tua Casa and could not have any idea that with the family Wagner the "around care" is really taken literally seriously!

In May we signed the building application and exactly as announced we received a beautiful and finished house 1 year later. The cooperation with architects, construction company and the individual trades runs smoothly and is obviously very well coordinated !

Without exaggerating, I can say that it was even fun with this support! Without it, it would certainly not have been only laborious, but also impossible in retrospect, since the Wagner team really takes care of everything. From Internet, garbage, land register entry, bank account on site as well as all necessary tips for this beautiful area.

All in all a very positive experience!
