The fee for the mediation is equal to 3%, in addition to the statutory VAT, on the purchase amount. It is paid by the buyer. The commission is considered earned and due at the same time as signing the preliminary contract of sale (compromise) or acceptance of a proposal to purchase. The buyer is responsible for: the registration tax, notary fees, cadastral and mortgage taxes and any VAT, if due.
