“In the winter of 2017, we decided to buy a completely run-down casolare in the Marche region. The property certainly has charm because it has a wonderful view of the sea and up into a valley and is located below the pretty village of Altidona. But that was all… the house no longer deserved to be called a house and had probably never been seriously lived in apart from by animals.

We signed the contract and submitted the building application in May and received a beautiful and finished house exactly as promised one year later. The cooperation with the architect, construction company and the individual trades is running smoothly and is obviously very well coordinated!

From internet, garbage, land register entry, local bank details and all the necessary tips for this beautiful area.
