The idea became a home.

A home tailored to your own ideas

The dream of a house in Italy was there—but the reality was different. Finding the perfect existing property proved difficult. Either the condition wasn’t right, or the location didn’t meet expectations. Then came the decisive realization: Why not restore an old house and design it exactly according to your own wishes?

Consulting & planning: The foundation for a unique home

With La tua Casa, it quickly became clear that it wasn’t just about finding a house, but creating a home. Together, we examined potential properties, analyzed the building fabric, and clarified building law issues. The vision? Preserving the charm of the old and combining it with modern elements.

Smooth implementation thanks to professional construction management

From the initial design to the final screw, the entire implementation was coordinated from a single source. Interface errors were avoided, trades were efficiently coordinated, and regular updates kept the client informed at all times. This ensured that the project ran smoothly, even from a distance.

Craftsmanship, restoration & custom design

Experienced craftsmen with regional expertise restored historical elements, while modern technology and materials ensured contemporary living comfort. The combination of old stone walls, restored wooden beams, and thoughtful architecture made the house unique.

More than just a house: garden, maintenance, and comprehensive service

A home does not end at the front door. An overgrown property has been transformed into a Mediterranean oasis, with natural stone paths, olive trees, and lavender beds. And to ensure that the new home remains in top condition in the long term, the property management company provides support and maintenance services tailored to individual needs.

Interview with Mr. M., entrepreneur from southern Germany

Mr. M., how did you come up with the idea of buying a property in Italy—and why in the Marche region in particular?

After selling my company, one thing was clear to me: I wanted something that had nothing to do with work—but with life. A retreat that offered peace and quiet, but also substance. Italy was an obvious choice, but not the tourist-packed Italy that people know from Tuscany. A friend recommended the Marche region to me—and La Tua Casa along with it. It was a perfect match.

How did your contact with La Tua Casa go—and what convinced you?

Very professional, yet personal. It wasn’t a typical real estate agent conversation, but rather a meeting of equals. Franz-Josef Wagner took a lot of time to understand what we were looking for—and also what we didn’t want.

The combination of regional expertise, renovation experience, and German-speaking support was decisive for us.

You bought the house together with your former business partner—how did that come about?

We built our company together over many years—and eventually sold it. This project shows that we are still connected even after that.

Instead of two vacation homes, we deliberately chose one shared house – spacious, but down-to-earth.

We divide it up quite simply: everyone comes about four times a year with family or friends. For both of us, it’s more about quality of life than status symbol these days.

What do you particularly appreciate about your property and the Marche region?

Quite clearly: the peace and quiet, the authenticity—and the people. Here, Italy is still authentic. No overcrowded tourist hotspots, but real villages, honest cuisine, and magnificent nature.

The house itself has soul. We had it carefully renovated together with La Tua Casa, preserving much of the original substance while creating modern comforts.

It’s a place to unwind – and exactly what I was looking for.

How did the renovation go—especially from a distance?

Amazingly stress-free. We were regularly provided with photos and videos—even a 360° tour of the construction site. The most important thing was that there were no nasty surprises, no misunderstandings. Franz-Josef and his team were always available and always transparent. I always felt like I had the project under control—even from 1,000 kilometers away.

What advice would you give to others who are considering buying a house in Italy?

Take a look at the brands – seriously.

Anyone familiar with Tuscany will be surprised at how much more authentic, beautiful, and at the same time affordable it is here.
And: with the right partner, a project like this is not only feasible, but also fulfilling.

La Tua Casa was the perfect partner for us. Without this team, I probably would never have taken the plunge – today I am very happy that I did.

Conclusion: A home that is truly one of a kind

What began as a search for an existing property turned into a unique opportunity: a house with history and character, individually designed and fully serviced. No stress, no uncertainties—just a partner who offers everything from a single source.

Now the real adventure begins: enjoying a new life in Italy.

From rustic cottage to retreat

Two friends, one house—and the dream of the south, lovingly realized with La Tua Casa. What began as a shared vision became a place of tranquility, retreat, and genuine joie de vivre—nestled amid the rolling hills of the Marche region.
