This
cute farmhouse was built around 1930 with
the typical features of the rural architecture of the southern
Marche. The ground floor was for the animals and the inhabitants lived
on the upper floor Even if everything here is a little smaller as
usually, the typical outside staircase with the oven is not missing.

The house with its approx. 100 sqm is to fix up, but the walls in
Mattoni are well preserved and can be extended to approx. 140 sqm during
