Nestled
in the old town of Ripatransone is this "Cielo-Terra", typical of the
Marche region, with a splendid view to the wider old town
and over the ancient Fonti to the sea. 

The ground floor and the 1st floor of the house
are restored and you can move in immediately. The large
room on the ground floor is used as a living area. Here you can find the
modern, made to measure kitchen with dining area, the relax area with
couch and open fireplace. On the 1st floor there are 2
bedrooms and a large, bright and modern bathroom with
shower. The floors are made of laminate.

The other floor is not modernized and is currently used only
for storage purposes. Here are 2 more large rooms and a bathroom. On the
following floor is the large roof terrace.
It has been covered by a metal roof; however, it can be rebuilt to its
original use with little effort. From here you have a wonderful view and
a comfortable place in the sun.

To the house belongs also a large cellar with vault, which is
accessible over the back of the building. This vaulted cellar could also
be connected directly with dn living rooms.

Ripatransone with its medieval core offers everything for daily
needs - bakers, butchers, small supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
There are many cultural and tradinelle festivals, the most famous is
certainly the Cavalo di Fuoco, which every year on the Sunday after
Easter, attracts thousands of visitors from near and far.
