A spiral staircase with elaborate wrought iron banisters and a
golden mosaic leads to the first floor with 3
bedrooms and a further bathroom. One bedroom has its own
terrace in front of it. Another has a small balcony.

From the first floor, a staircase leads to the
huge roof terrace with unique views.

On the fenced plot there is an
outbuilding for storing garden tools and a pizza
oven, which is completely covered with mosaic
tiles.

The country house is located in Montefiore del Aso, a lively
municipality in the southern Marche region, where there are 2
supermarkets, several bars and restaurants, pizzerias; in short,
everything you need for your daily needs. From many points of the
village you have a marvellous view over the hills, but the best view is
from the so-called Belvedere - where you can watch the sun set blood red
over the Appenines while enjoying a delicious slice of pizza and a good
sip from Montefiore's wineries.

The sea can be reached in 10 minutes by car and the Apennines
in about an hour.
